1. General
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all our bookings and services are subject to the following terms and conditions.
2. Agreement
All the offers and prices provided by GCBNB are without obligation and subject to change, unless otherwise agreed verbally or in writing. The agreement is entered into when GCBNB sends the booking confirmation. GCBNB has the right to refuse guests access to the hotel or services if it feels that this is required for normal/orderly business operations. This also includes failure to comply with the House Rules or to follow instructions given by one of more representatives from GCBNB, for example if guests cause (noise) disruption for local residents.
4. Payment and Cancellation
4.1 Method of payment
All payments must be made by bank or credit card. Cancellation must be made in writing and dated (by e-mail).
4.2 No show
In the case of a no-show, the guest will be obliged in all cases to pay the reservation value, at the latest by the date of Arrival (‘commencement date’) which is given in the booking confirmation.
4.3 Cancellations
- For cancellation of the booking, the following applies:
Be aware that cancellations within 7 days prior to check in (the day of arrival starts at midnight), we charge 100% of the booking fee. - ‘Lowest Non Refundable Rate’; online payment with the booking. Cancellation is not possible, payments are not refunded.
5. Liability
GCBNB is not liable for injury to guests. Neither is GCBNB liable for damage to property brought into GCBNB by a guest. The guest indemnifies GCBNB against claims from guests. The above provision does not apply in cases of damage or loss and/or injury due to intentional or gross negligence by GCBNB. The guests are jointly and severally liable for all actions by one of them which cause damage or loss of property and/or injury for GCBNB, people working on behalf of GCBNB and/or third parties, as well as for all damage caused by any animal and/or material and/or anything owned by them or for which they are responsible.
